The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has charged Lazare Grigoriadis with making a threat.
The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has released a statement on the above issue.
"An investigation conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that on April 24, at the entrance to the Meteor nightclub in Tbilisi, the accused, due to dissatisfaction with his expulsion from the premises, brandished a knife and threatened the bar employee with death and bodily harm.
Law enforcement officers arrested the accused on the same day. He was charged under Article 151, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (threat to life or health, when the person being threatened has a well-founded fear of the threat being carried out), which provides for up to 1 year of imprisonment as a form and measure of punishment," reads the information.
