According to media reports, the real estate company of US President Donald Trump's family, together with local partners, is planning to build a 70-story luxury residential skyscraper in the Georgian capital.

The skyscraper will include luxury residences, retail spaces, and hotel-style services. It is being designed by architectural firm Gensler and supported by a consortium that includes Georgian real estate company Archi Group and Biograpi Living.
