Aluda Ghudushauri on the “Opposition Alliance”: At first they were renting relatively large conference halls, then we saw how they gradually downsized – soon they will probably hold their gatherings in their own living rooms

According to Georgian Dream MP Aluda Ghudushauri, opposition representatives bring no benefit and do not have public support.

“[Members of the so-called ‘Opposition Alliance’] at first were renting relatively large conference halls, then we saw how they gradually downsized - soon they will probably hold such meetings and gatherings in their own living rooms,” Ghudushauri told journalists.

He added that opposition figures are not beneficial for the country and do not have the support of the Georgian public.

“They came up with a name and called it an ‘alliance’, but in reality, what kind of alliance can it be when those inside have no idea what a country or homeland is. We can see how they are in conflict with each other. They represent nothing meaningful for our country or the Georgian people. They are representatives of the ‘United National Movement’. They bring no benefit, they are inconsistent, and quite logically, they do not have the support of the Georgian people.

As you saw, at first they were renting relatively large conference halls, then we saw how they gradually downsized. Soon, they will probably hold such meetings and gatherings in their own living rooms,” Ghudushauri said.
