Parents of children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy meet with Catholicos-Patriarch Shio III

Parents of children suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy are meeting with the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Shio III.

The meeting is taking place at the Patriarchate of Georgia.

As parent Tamar Gogaladze noted, they believe the Patriarch will make a decision in favor of their children’s well-being.

“Four parents are participating in the meeting. The meeting was scheduled unexpectedly. It is still difficult to predict the outcome, but we think it will go in favor of the children. We do not have time. We want to believe that the Patriarch will make a decision for the benefit of our children and that we will leave this meeting happy,” said Tamar Gogaladze.
