“I am still convinced of the necessity of unity and alliances, and I consider labeling it as a false unity to be a failure to understand our common objectives,” she wrote.
According to Khoshtaria, she had deliberately remained silent about internal disputes within the alliance, even when her own party was targeted.
She said she felt “ashamed” about internal disagreements being exposed to the public, especially at a time when the media, which is on the front line of the struggle, is itself being targeted, facing physical harm, criminal investigations, and operating under extremely limited resources.
Khoshtaria added that she feels obliged to express full opposition to such attacks and emphasized that she still believes in the necessity of unity and alliances.
She noted that dismissing such unity as “fake” reflects a misunderstanding of shared goals, and expressed hope that personal ambitions and interests will not become destructive to the broader struggle. She also stated her readiness to cooperate even with those she finds uncomfortable.
