Archi Horizon Demonstrates Outstanding Energy Efficiency, According to ENVIROS, a Member of the Société Générale Group

The energy efficiency performance of Archi Horizon, an apartment in Tbilisi in ortachala district, has been independently reviewed by the international consulting company ENVIROS. The evaluation covered the thermal-envelope design of the project's three residential buildings - Blocks A, B, and C.

ENVIROS' review once again highlights Archi Horizon's commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effective living. Conducted by an independent international auditor, the evaluation provides reliable, evidence-based verification of the project's performance.

ENVIROS is a leading, EU/OECD-accredited energy and sustainability consultancy, specializing in energy efficiency and sustainability, with more than 30 years of experience. The company is part of the international Société Générale Financial Group. As a certified energy auditor operating under European Union legislation, ENVIROS also conducts its activities in accordance with Georgian regulations.

“I am pleased that we had the opportunity to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with Archi, a leading developer in the Georgian market. We have recently prepared an assessment of Archi Horizon, which confirms that the project demonstrates high energy efficiency performance and, at the same time, complies with the relevant European energy efficiency requirements,” said Jan Hanuš, CEO of ENVIROS.

The project's energy-efficient design provides tangible benefits for residents. A highly insulated building envelope reduces heat loss during winter while improving thermal comfort in summer, resulting in lower heating and cooling costs and a more comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

Archi and ENVIROS signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aiming at further improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of Archi's residential developments. The partnership will extend beyond the design phase to include the operational performance of completed buildings. "As Georgia's #1 real estate developer, Archi considers ESG compliance, energy efficiency, and sustainability to be fundamental pillars of its long-term development strategy. Our collaboration with ENVIROS, a company that is part of the international Société Générale Financial Group, will enable us to implement energy-efficient solutions even more systematically across our projects and offer residents a more comfortable, sustainable, and economically efficient living environment,” said Shio Khetsuriani, CEO of Archi.
