A threat of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) has been declared in occupied Abkhazia, according to Russian media, citing the so-called Ministry of Defense of Abkhazia.

"The air defense forces and on-duty units of the armed forces are monitoring the airspace," the so-called "ministry" stated.

The "agency" urged citizens to observe safety measures.
