According to the Revenue Service, the “Sarpi” customs checkpoint is operating without disruptions during the active season, despite the increased cargo flow and passenger movement.

The agency reports that border crossing control procedures in both directions are proceeding in the standard regime and at full capacity.

“The ‘Sarpi’ customs checkpoint, taking into account the active season, is operating without disruptions amid the increased cargo flow/passenger movement, and standard border crossing control procedures are proceeding at full capacity in both directions,” the agency stated.

For reference, a large crowd has been present at the Sarpi customs checkpoint since the morning. Citizens were requesting assistance because, according to them, the customs crossing is not taking place in a timely manner due to the heavy flow of people.
