The court recognized activist Nodar Tsitsriashvili, who was arrested at a rally near the Tbilisi City Council on July 27, as an administrative violator.

By the judge's decision, he was sent to 4 days of administrative detention.

The decision was made by Judge Zviad Tsekvava.
