At the Kutaisi Prosecutor’s Office, family members and relatives of the altar server Temo Khaduri, who died 2 years ago, held a rally.
The family is demanding a re-investigation of the case and the punishment of the perpetrators.
The mother of the deceased, Nino Gvishiani, notes that Temo Khaduri had injuries on his body.
“Why did they kill him?! There was persecution by policemen against my son and it ended there, it is no longer visible. They find the deceased Temo Khaduri after three days. As a result of decomposition, I, the mother, could not mourn my son - do you know what this means?! I let a healthy, angel-like son leave the house. You will not stop me! I have already gone mad, if this is what you were waiting for.
That is, the medical expert is of no use to me - half-beaten, battered, struck with a blunt object and then thrown into the water, for three days in the heat, so that this trace would be covered up,” the mother of Temur Khaduri states.
For information, the body of Temo Khaduri was found by locals on 28 August 2024 in the bed of the river Tsachkhura.
