Prosecutor Gvarakidze, who is Mdinaradze’s man, faces a harsh reality - either he will launch an investigation into Garibashvili’s allegations, or, if he does not, he will flee to Moscow like Partskhaladze, to the Communist Party.

In this short period of time, either Kobakhidze must move first and open a case against Ivanishvili as the chief conductor, or Ivanishvili is closing in, and there is already someone who has given testimony against Kobakhidze and Mdinaradze.
