In Tbilisi, a minor was killed on the grounds of a mutual argument. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, another minor has been detained on charges of intentional murder in connection with the incident.

According to the agency, the detained person inflicted several wounds on the minor using a cold weapon.

“Employees of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of police measures carried out on the hot trail, detained a minor on charges of intentional murder.

The investigation established that on 10 September of this year, in Tbilisi, on the grounds of a mutual argument, the accused, using a cold weapon, inflicted several wounds on a minor and fled the scene.

As a result of the injuries inflicted, the minor died at the scene of the incident.

As a result of the operational measures and investigative actions carried out, law-enforcement officers detained the person accused of the crime on the hot trail.

The investigation is being conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which provides for imprisonment for a term of up to 15 years,” - the information states.
