The rational segment of the Georgian population has not succumbed to Western attempts to incite hatred toward Russia, former Georgian Prosecutor General Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze told the Russian state news agency TASS.
According to Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze, "Russia has always stood by Georgia during its most difficult times, when the preservation of its statehood was in jeopardy."
"No matter how hard Western handlers try today to stoke hatred toward Russia among Georgians, rational people—of whom there are many in Georgia—will always stand on the side of historical truth rather than false Western narratives," noted Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze.
Former Georgian Prosecutor General Otar Romanov-Partskhaladze has formed a volunteer unit named "Georgievsky" in Russia. According to Romanov-Partskhaladze, the unit's name is linked to the Treaty of Georgievsk, "which played a major role in the history of the Georgian people."
