The radical opposition is in a state of total frustration; they are no longer receiving external funding or support—including political backing. This is what Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili stated regarding the current situation within the opposition.

As Papuashvili told journalists, "The Georgian people have turned their backs on the opposition, and now they are revealing their true nature."

"If everyone was bought off, then who exactly lost the 2024 elections? Let them explain that to us. A very positive process is underway, and we welcome it. I will say it again: 'Good fruit cannot grow from a poisonous seed.' That is precisely the fruit we are witnessing today, now that the radical opposition is in a state of total frustration—unable to secure the external funding and support, including political backing, that they previously enjoyed. The Georgian people have turned their backs on them; even their own supporters have turned away. It is out of frustration that they are now revealing their true nature. What you are witnessing now—Georgian people, take a good look—is the very group that calls itself 'pro-European.' In their view, this is what Europe looks like—what you are observing right now. This filth is the Europe these people are offering us," Papuashvili stated.
