Luka Ekhvaia has been appointed as head of the administration of the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili. This information is being released by the Presidential Administration.
As noted in the information, at various times he held the positions of adviser and assistant to the President of Georgia on foreign affairs.
“Luka Ekhvaia is a researcher and specialist in international relations. He received a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the School of Public Administration of Caucasus University and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna.
He was also a doctoral student in the Global and Regional Studies direction of the Doctoral Programme in the Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Leipzig, and later a doctoral student in political science at Caucasus International University,” the information states.
