According to the Ministry of Health, reports suggesting that family members of kindergarten children admitted to medical facilities are required to pay for medical services are incorrect.

The agency clarified that the state covers the costs in full. "Reports claiming that the family members of kindergarten children admitted to medical facilities are required to pay for the medical services provided are untrue. The Ministry of Health states with full responsibility that the state is covering all costs. Consequently, the families of the children transferred to clinics following the incident at the kindergartens will not be charged for the services received.

We wish to clarify that every single clinic was informed and instructed early this morning not to request payment from parents for the medical care of these children, as the state is fully covering the associated costs," the statement reads.
