“Gakharia, or any party included in our constitutional lawsuit, is part of one ‘collective National Movement’ controlled by external forces; they simply have different numbers and colors,” Irakli Kirskhalia, chairman of the Georgian Dream faction and parliamentary majority leader, said after a majority meeting.
Kirskhalia was asked about a statement by Georgian Dream MP Levan Machavariani. He said the statement contained nothing new and was intended to remind the public “who we are really dealing with.”
“We will always remind the public that these parties with different numbers and colors were and remain part of one large, dirty scenario. External forces and their agents tried their utmost to diversify them and mislead a certain part of society. They brazenly try to deceive Georgian society. Gakharia, or any party included in our constitutional lawsuit, is one ‘collective National Movement’ controlled by external forces; they simply have different numbers and colors,” Kirskhalia said.
