Subsequently, a plea agreement was concluded with Gela Khasaia and his co-defendant, Vasil Kerdikoshvili. Judge Irakli Khuskivadze found both individuals guilty and approved the agreement reached between the parties. A plea agreement was concluded with both individuals under the following terms: one year of actual imprisonment and a three-year suspended sentence. This period expired today, September 29.
