General Motors and Lynx Motors Announce Cadillac's Official Entry into the Georgian Market A New Chapter for American Luxury in the South Caucasus: GM and Lynx Unite to Bring Cadillac to Georgia

General Motors (GM) and Lynx Motors jointly announced the official entry of Cadillac into the Georgian automotive market. The partnership brings together one of America's most iconic premium luxury automotive brands and one of Georgia's automotive groups, marking the beginning of a new chapter for luxury in the South Caucasus.

Georgia is a deliberate and strategic market choice reflecting the country's dynamic economy, its sophisticated luxury consumer base, and a long-standing affinity for American brands. Together, GM and Lynx Motors will introduce Cadillac to Georgian buyers with the standards of excellence the brand demands worldwide, backed by Lynx's all-star team of automotive experts.

Cadillac's new Georgian showroom will be located on University Street – a destination for premium and automotive brands in Tbilisi. Purpose-built to meet the brand's global design and experience standards, it will feature a multi-floor facility including a dedicated showroom, service workshop, and customer lounge.

Lynx Motors brings an experienced team in Georgia's luxury automotive sector to this partnership. As Cadillac's Georgian distributor, Lynx will lead all local operations, customer experience, and market development, drawing on its deep roots, trusted networks, and commitment to premium and luxury standards.

The arrival of Cadillac in Georgia reflects GM's broader regional vision: a long-term commitment to bringing world-class luxury to priority markets across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Georgia represents a natural and compelling part of that vision - a market with strong demand in the luxury segment and the right conditions for sustainable brand growth.

"Georgia is a deliberate strategic priority for General Motors; this market has the sophistication, ambition, and appetite for a brand like Cadillac," says Tommy Hosea, Vice President, GM International and China - GPSC and Lead Executive, GM Central Asia. "For Georgian luxury buyers, Cadillac represents something powerful - a symbol of liberty, prestige, and American craftsmanship that resonates deeply with this market. We’re proud to bring that experience here, with our partner Lynx Motors, to build something exceptional together.”

“Lynx Motors has established a firm foundation with Georgia's luxury buyers through our highly experienced team. Bringing Cadillac to this market is the natural next step. It reflects our belief in the potential of Georgian luxury consumers. We are privileged to represent this American brand,” states Oto Sikharulidze, Managing Director, Lynx Motors.

With today's announcement, General Motors and Lynx Motors take a meaningful step forward together, laying the foundation for a luxury Cadillac presence in Georgia that will grow for years to come.

Further details on vehicles, the full showroom experience, and the path to market launch will be shared jointly in the months ahead. Register to be the first to know at cadillac.lynxmotors.ge.
