Andria Jaghmaidze on the installation of electronic offering machines in churches: People are requesting them – more in some places, less in others - Whichever church has the need and requests it, the bank will install the machine

Churches that wish to install an electronic offering machine will have one installed by the bank. Archpriest Andria Jaghmaidze, head of the Patriarchate’s Public Relations Service, told Interpressnews about this.

With this, Jaghmaidze responded to information that electronic offering machines have been installed in certain churches.

“People are requesting them – more in some places, less in others. Whichever church has the need and requests it, the bank will install the machine,” Archpriest Andria Jaghmaidze noted.

For information: a photo showing an electronic offering terminal standing in one of the churches has been circulating on social media.
