It is strange: what has outraged our European bureaucrats, the OSCE, ALDE, and the European Commission spokesperson? After all, haven't they themselves set a precedent by banning political parties? – stated Nino Tsilosani, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament.

According to her, "the statements made by Western partners serve to support radical groups."

"It is strange—what exactly has outraged our European bureaucrats, the OSCE, ALDE, and the European Commission spokesperson? After all, haven't they themselves set a precedent by banning political parties? One could cite dozens of examples from EU member states—as well as from candidate countries and nations they fully support—where parties were banned on the grounds of being unconstitutional. In this instance, the only thing we see from them is support for these genuinely criminal and unconstitutional political groups. Their statements merely echo the feeble attempts by these radicals to somehow justify themselves before the court.

The proceedings are so firmly rooted in law that it is inconceivable for political assessments to take precedence. Consequently, the only potential development would be an attempt by these groups to take the matter to the Strasbourg court. However, given how robustly the case is argued—and, more importantly, given that the ongoing actions of these individuals continue to confirm their unconstitutional nature and the crimes we have documented—I believe the chance of any other outcome is virtually zero,” noted Tsilosani.
