Hearings on the petition filed by Georgian Dream MPs to ban five opposition parties to resume tomorrow

The phase of the proceedings involving the presentation of explanations and arguments regarding the petition to ban five opposition parties has concluded.

The Constitutional Court is now moving to the questioning stage, which will begin on November 9.

The next session of the Constitutional Court is scheduled for November 9 at 14:00. Hearings will take place on November 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.

As explained by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Revaz Nadaraia, the Court will first pose questions to the plaintiffs, followed by the respondents.

"Every question will carry its own significance. The responses provided by both the plaintiffs and the respondents must be clearly understood by the Court. Therefore, we will adopt the approach that ensures the greatest clarity and the least amount of disruption," stated Revaz Nadaraia during the most recent session on October 30.
