NATO Foreign Ministers Ministerial to be opened in Brussels today

NATO Foreign Ministers Ministerial will be opened in Brussels today and it will be attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani.

The North Atlantic Council Meeting will be held with the participation of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Ukraine within the framework of the Ministerial.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference yesterday that NATO had two valuable partners in the Black Sea region - Georgia and Ukraine.

US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert also said yesterday that Secretary Pompeo will participate in the semi-annual meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers, where Ministers will discuss transatlantic security issues, as well as NATO operations and partnerships, including NATO’s deepening relationship with critical partners Georgia and Ukraine.
