Salome Zurabishvili confirms that inauguration will be held in Telavi

I confirm that the inauguration will take place in Telavi, - Georgia’s President-elect Salome Zurabishvili told reporters today.

“The details of the inauguration are being worked out. It will be held in Telavi and I also confirm that it will be held in Telavi ", Zurabishvili said.

According to the President-elect, delegations from foreign countries will also be invited to the ceremony.

“Invitations will be sent to foreign delegations. We invite everyone we have diplomatic relations with. Giorgi Margvelashvili will also be invited to the inauguration, "Salome Zurabishvili said.

Salome Zurabishvili will take the oath of office on December 16.
