Laboratory-confirmed cases of influenza have been reported in Georgia, - head of the Center for Disease Control Amiran Gamkrelidze said on Tuesday.

"We have about 10 laboratory-confirmed cases. We urge the population to adhere to appropriate preventive measures - the vaccine is the best preventive measure, "Amiran Gamkrelidze said.
