Blackmailing with private life is a practice that seems to be encouraged by the government, - Anna Anna Dolidze, non-judge member of the High Council of Justice, said on January 29.
According to Ana Dolidze, there is the syndrome of impunity in the country.
“Blackmailing with private life is a practice that seems to be encouraged by the government. The practice is triggered by the syndrome of impunity in the country. We have not any person who has been punished for the collecting and disseminating the footages, depicting private life. This is a regrettable reality,” Ana Dolidze said.
