Passing of passengers, vehicles to be temporarily hindered at Sarpi Customs Checkpoint

Passing of passengers and vehicles at Sarpi Customs Checkpoint will be temporarily hindered today,- the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgiahas reported.

“Due to the opening of a new corridor computer systems will be moved to a new location during 10:00am-18:00pm Turkey time (11:00am-19:00pm Tbilisi time). Because of this, passing of passengers and vehicles at Sarpi Customs Checkpoint will be temporarily hindered. According to the General Consulate of Turkey, opening of a new corridor of passengers will significantly facilitate exempt passage of passengers and vehicles, "the Revenue Service statement reads.
