Ia Kitsmarishvili, spouse of one of the co-founders of Rustavi 2 TV Erosi Kitsmarishvili, has applied to the court, requesting sequestration of Rustavi 2 property in accelerated manner.

As Ia Kitsmarishvili says in her statement, that alienation of the TV company by Kibar Khalvashi will result in a violation of her, as a proprietor’s rights. Meantime, Kitsmarishvili writes that the scenario that was implemented with the participation of Kibar Khalvashi during the previous government, is going to be repeated now.

“I ask the court to review and satisfy my request as soon as possible, in order to avoid any attempted fraud,” Kitsmarishvili writes.
