Irakli Gharibashvili: Any misunderstanding between congressmen and us should be addressed not through letters but through face-to-face dialogue

Any question, issue or misunderstanding that may arise between individual congressmen and us should be addressed not through letters but through face-to-face dialogue, - Defense Minister Irakli Gharibashvili told reporters when commenting on the letters sent by congressmen to the Georgian PM.

He said any questions and concerns should be discussed in dialogue.

“We will do it. No extra dramatization of this issue is in the interests of our state or people. I want everyone to know this well. In general, the attitude we hear from various political opponents is a clear proof that their main concern is not the interests of our people, our country. They have their narrow party interests. An answer to all this is the actions towards the American government, our government, our people and our country. This is the main thing. If there is any other question among politicians, it is a natural process and we will solve it," Gharibashvili said.
