No one knows today what the world will be like tomorrow in terms of both economic and social life, and this was the biggest challenge for us, Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia said in the Parliament on Wednesday.
According to the Prime Minister, at this stage the epidemiological situation in the country is fully under control.
“The greatest challenge of this pandemic is that there is no any well-analyzed strategy of treatment, there is no vaccine and forecasts, based on accurate analysis. No one knows today what the world will be like tomorrow in terms of both economic and social life, and this was the biggest challenge for us.
Our main task, when we had to take some concrete steps at a very high level of such uncertainty in the face of the crisis, at some point it became necessary to take the steps that would turn this crisis into opportunity for our country. Today we can say that the epidemiological situation in the country is fully under control, " said PM Gakharia.
