According to the Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, there is no condition for neither postponing the start of the educational process nor for changing the elections day.

"As of today, there are no conditions for postponing studies and for children not to start learning process in classrooms from September 15. There is no such basis today, just as there is no basis for changing the election date", - stated Gakharia.
