According to the City Hall, the New Year gala concert will be held at the Palace of State Ceremonies, where the participants will perform on a specially arranged stage, which is a multi-storey house with balconies and terraces. Given the current situation, the project is based on the idea of performances arranged on balconies, terraces and windows.
