The rally of the "National Movement" and their supporters started near the 12th penitentiary facility in Rustavi. Citizens at the rally are demanding the transfer of the third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, to a multi-profile clinic, where appropriate conditions will be provided to examine the president's health condition.

The rally, which was supposed to start at 17:00, started a few hours late. Zaal Udumashvili, one of the leaders of the United National Movement, named the reason for this the fact that the stage equipment, which was delivered to the rally site, was taken away by the law enforcers before the rally and later returned. In addition, he said, one of the citizens became incapacitated, which also delayed the start of the rally.

Citizens hold banners with the inscriptions: "Freedom to Misha", "Freedom to Saakashvili, the builder of the homeland". Also, chants are heard: "Misha, Misha".

At the same time, traffic is restricted in the vicinity of Rustavi Prison. The patrol blocked the road before the rally.

Let us remind you that Mikheil Saakashvili was arrested on October 1, he has been on hunger strike in prison for 37 days already.
