According to the lawyer, Mikheil Saakashvili finds it hard to move around

According to Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer Shota Tutberidze, the defense will file a motion in court regarding his health condition, as Saakashvili finds it hard to move around.

According to him, the court session will continue with the examination of the evidence.

"The latest information I have about Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition is that he does not feel well and he finds it hard to move around. If he fails to attend today's session, the only reason will be that he has difficulty in moving and has a health-related problem.

As for the hearing itself, we are currently at the stage of examining the evidence, we will have several motions, including regarding the state of health. I will not be able to talk about the content of the motion until the process starts," said Shota Tutberidze.

For information, the trial of the former President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, is being held in the Tbilisi City Court in the November 7 case. Accused Mikheil Saakashvili cannot attend the trial due to his health condition. The state indictment charges Mikheil Saakashvili with mass dispersal of protesters on November 7, 2007, intrusion into Imedi TV, and criminal seizure of Badri Patarkatsishvili's property.
