Olaf Scholz: I encourage Georgia to take the necessary reform steps - we are happy to help on the way to the European Union

The Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, responds to the meeting with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili.

"Welcome to Berlin Irakli Gharibashvili! In the European Council this summer, we agreed to give Georgia an EU perspective. I encourage Georgia to take the necessary reform steps. We are happy to help on the way to the European Union," Chancellor Scholz wrote on Twitter.
