PM: The main desire of the opposition is clear, they cannot forgive Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili that he ended dictatorship, oppression of people and destruction of the country

The main desire of the opposition is clear, they cannot forgive Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili that he ended dictatorship, oppression of people and destruction of the country on October 1, 2012. We took the Ukrainian model of de-oligarchization, which was approved by the European Union, and we will adopt this law, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili said regarding the issue of de-oligarchization.

According to the Prime Minister, the country's success and all achievements are related to Georgian Dream.

"The main desire of the opposition is clear, they cannot forgive Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili that he ended dictatorship and oppression of people, destruction of the country on October 1, 2012. I want to say that they will have to come to terms with this reality. Today we have a successful policy in the country, domestic and foreign policies. All the achievements related to the success of our country, on the path of the European Union or in the direction of NATO, everything is related to Georgian Dream - be it the association agreement, visa-free regime, free trade, application for membership, and the European perspective, which we simply could not dream of during the National Movement. These are tangible results. Now, regarding the law of de-oligarchization, we know many oligarchs and former or active politicians and businessmen inclined to oligarchy and, of course, we took the Ukrainian model, which was approved by the European Union, and we will adopt this law," said the Prime Minister of Georgia.
