According to him, the members should be selected by consensus in the High Council of Justice for the 5 vacant positions of non-judge members, and for this, it will be necessary to hold consultations.

"Our task is to select independent, honest, impartial and professional members, who should be supported by the Parliament. It is important to involve the opposition, no single party can mobilize 90 votes, therefore, it is necessary to conduct consultations. As for your interest regarding the so-called clan, no matter how many times this word is repeated in a negative context to denigrate the court, the judges, it is not right and true. The court is made up of judges, who consider cases collegially, work together, administer justice together. It is your right to call this collegial activity a clan. Just be aware that this is a derogatory context.
