William Browder to Saakashvili: Mikheil, please have your team document who is responsible for the poisoning, who is responsible for the torture

The CEO of the Heritage Foundation, William Browder, has responded to the former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili.

"Mikheil, please have your team document who is withholding medical treatment, who is responsible for the poisoning, who is responsible for the torture and I will do whatever I can to bring this to the attention of Western governments for Magnitsky sanctions," Bill Browder wrote to Mikheil Saakashvili.

The response comes after the third president of Georgia asked William Browder to help the local Georgian groups in drawing up a new list of "Magnitsky" without waiting for a lethal outcome.
