Khatia Dekanoidze: Despite the organizational efforts, the transfer of people and the many-week campaign, yesterday's rally was a sign that Russian and anti-Western propaganda have no future in this country

The voiced demand regarding the National Movement is not new, we have been hearing it for 11 years and Bidzina Ivanishvili stands on this. Our country should escape the Georgian Dream paradigm, said Khatia Dekanoidze, an opposition member of Parliament.

As she noted, despite weeks of campaigning and organizing, this rally showed that Russian and anti-Western propaganda have no future in our country.

"These people were people organized by Georgian Dream and it's a pity that Georgian Dream is deliberately and indirectly trying to mislead people and repeat anti-Western messages. Despite the organizational efforts, the transfer of people, and the many-week campaign, unfortunately for them and fortunately for us, this rally was a sign that in Georgia, where 85 percent of the population wants our country to be a part of the European Union, Russian and anti-Western propaganda have no future. As for the voiced demand regarding the National Movement, this isn't new, we have heard this for 11 years and this is what this party offers to people, Bidzina Ivanishvili has been standing on this for 11 years. Our country should escape the paradigm of Georgian Dream and get the candidate status," said Dekanoidze.
