The statement of the political council of Georgian Dream that they want to protect the President and the institution of the President is one thing, but we see other things we look at their actions, Giorgi Mskhiladze, the parliamentary secretary of the President, told journalists.

According to him, unfortunately, Georgia­n Dream failed to get to know the President, failed to understand her character, that she cannot be influenced.

As Mskhiladze noted, Georgia­n Dream is trying to cover up the fact of May 26 with its own statement.

"Unfortunately, the statement of Georgia­n Dream that their goal is to protect the institution of the President, is one thing in words and completely different in action.

A clear example of this was May 26, which should be unifying for everyone, but the President was insulted, which was completely unacceptable. I cannot understand what they mean by protecting the institution of the President, because they are doing something else.

Georgian Dream perceives the President's criticism as very painful. If the criticism of the President is unfair, then they must have some arguments. If the criticism of the President is fair, it should be accepted as normal and they should not act like they did on May 26. For me personally, all this was a clear example of how in two minutes a person can lose the respect and authority he had for years. Of course, I mean Irakli Kadagishvili.

The last suggestion in the statement of Georgia­n Dream was that they can mediate between the President and part of the society. The President does not divide the society into parts, she is the President of all - thank you very much, somehow, we will manage our public relations.
