According to Georgian Dream chairman Irakli Kobakhidze, the incidents that happened at the plenary session of the parliament and Tbilisi State University were planned by the brother of Kezerashvili's wife and Elene Khoshtaria.

As he told journalists, it is categorically unacceptable when Kezerashvili's "bloody money" is spent on such provocations and when young people receive "bloody money" from Kezerashvili.

"The provocation we saw yesterday is categorically unacceptable. When you use children with disabilities to organize political provocation, it is categorically unacceptable. In addition, as it was arranged in Tbilisi State University, yesterday's provocation was also subject to general coordination. We searched for additional information in this regard and two directions were identified - it was coordinated by the brother of Kezerashvili's wife, Chikovani, and Elene Khoshtaria. The latter has her own complexes regarding Russian rubles, she wants to give Russian rubles another direction, but Russian rubles have only one direction in Georgia - it is the direction of Elene Khoshtaria's bank account. 5 million rubles has been transferred to Khoshtaria recently. The family is looking for an apartment in Batumi, land in the outskirts of Tbilisi, etc. They are increasing their list of real estate with Russian rubles. It was a joint initiative of Chikovani, Kezerashvili and Khoshtaria, which was planned in a restaurant owned by the author of yesterday's provocation and one of the accomplices of the provocation in Tbilisi State University. This is a very dirty provocation. Formula TV company was directly involved in this provocation. It is categorically unacceptable when Kezerashvili's bloody money is spent on such provocations. It is also wrong when these young people receive bloody money from Kezerashvili, and hopefully, they will continue to live in the right direction.

I would like to note separately that earlier, the same group organized a provocation in front of the parliament building and they were holding banners containing profanity. A particular diplomat called this freedom of expression. A particular diplomat directly encouraged hate speech, profanity and polarization. It seems that specific people, these so-called stubborn people took it as a green light and organized another provocation. It is fundamentally unacceptable for us when specific diplomats in Georgia incite polarization, they should take care of the polarization that is deepening in their own country. These people perceive such statements by diplomats as a green light for profanity and polarization. We don't need polarization, we need depolarization. Accordingly, we call on specific diplomats to refrain from inciting profanity and polarization in Georgia in the future!" Kobakhidze said.
