Region Racha-Lechkhum-Kvemo Svaneti majoritarian MP Gocha Enukidze states that 12 people have been identified from those who died as a result of the natural disaster in Shovi.
As he told the media, five bodies are being identified.
"12 have been identified. 6 have been identified by the family and 6 others by the police. 5 bodies are being identified. DNA tests are being done on absolutely everyone, even in case of identification," he added.
Landslide has killed 18 people in Shovi. More than 200 people have been transported to a safe place within the framework of the rescue operation.
