As Irakli Kobakhidze noted, not a single tetri has been spent from the budget for Gharibashvili's visit to America.

"First of all, they should ask from which funds the corresponding expenditure was made. Not a single tetri has been spent from the state budget. Therefore, everything is empty speculation. I don't know, they are probably again trying to cover their teammate, Salome Zurabishvili, they have a common patron. This is a poor attempt to cover up the flagrant violation of the constitution by the President of Georgia. Actually, there is no more reason for all this. Again, this is a very poor attempt.

No money has been paid from the budget. Trust me, all information will be public, there is no need and interest in hiding anything, since everything is absolutely open. Everything will be reflected in the declaration, both in terms of income and expenses. If money from the budget is not spent, what kind of investigation are we talking about? I remind you that it was the National Movement, Khazaradze and others who justified Saakashvili's spending of budget money for his own interests”, Kobakhidze said.

He also answered the question about the opposition's request, according to which the impeachment procedure should be started against Gharibashvili.

Regarding the question of where Gharibashvili got the money from for the charter flight, according to Kobakhidze, the public will get an answer to this when they in the relevant declaration. According to him, every tetri, income and expenditure will be reflected in the declaration.
