According to the statement released by the Administration of the President of Georgia, Otar Partskhaladze has been exposed for espionage and an investigation has been initiated against him, therefore, the President believes that if Otar Partskhaladze is to be punished, he should be punished as a citizen of Georgia.

"The question is: why didn't the President immediately terminate the Georgian citizenship of Otar Partskhaladze?"
