Roman Gotsiridze: Neither Ivanishvili, nor any MP will not sit down to talk to us on TV - Ivanishvili will probably go to the funeral, church and theater, this will be his coming out of the shadows

Neither Ivanishvili, nor any MP will not sit down to talk to us on TV - Ivanishvili will probably go to the funeral, church and theater, this will be his coming out of the shadows, - EuroOptimists MP Roman Gotsiridze told journalists.

According to him, Gakharia's team's demand that Ivanishvili publicly answer the questions is logical, but it belongs to the realm of fantasy, because he is afraid even of "pre-agreed questions".

"Before the elections, in normal countries, it is a matter of basic culture and voter respect to hold a debate. A representative of the ruling party should take part in the debate first. Neither Ivanishvili, nor any MP will not sit down to talk to us on TV, nor will the official media give airtime to the opposition. They boycott independent and critical media and only go to official media, where they don't even call the opposition. Therefore, even a meeting with the middle-ranking leader of Georgian Dream will not happen, not to say anything about the debate with Ivanishvili. The demand for that man to come out and debate with the opposition is logical, but it belongs to the realm of fantasy. He won't even sit down with the journalist of Imedi TV because he is so afraid of even pre-agreed questions. Ivanishvili may appear once or twice during the pre-election period, he will go to the funeral, of course, it will be good if he doesn't have to go to the funeral and the people with whom Ivanishvili can go will live long, he will probably go once or twice to the church for Easter and also to the theater, that will probably be his getting out of the shadow," Gotsiridze said.
