I think it would be better if the political groups and factions had the opportunity to meet separately, although we received a refusal from Shalva Papuashvili, Tina Bokuchava, the chairperson of the "National Movement" faction, said at the meeting where the new composition of the government is being heard.
Bokuchava thinks that "to deal with such an important issue in one meeting was not the best solution".
"You know that one of the main powers of the parliament is to listen to the government and then approve it, so I think it would be better if political groups and factions had the opportunity to meet separately, although we rejected this proposal from Shalva Papuashvili. I want to thank the representatives of all political groups for their constructive approach," said Bokuchava.
For information, the faction "National Movement - United Opposition" and opposition political groups are listening to the new composition of the government in the format of a joint session. The session is chaired by Tina Bokuchava, chairperson of the "National Movement" faction. Deputies of "Lelo" and "For Georgia" parties do not attend the meeting.
