The leader of the Citizens party, MP Aleko Elisashvili, is wearing a national dress “Chokha” as he is attending the parliamentay session.

As he mentioned while talking to journalists, he is wearing the Georgian national clothes because Chairman of the Parliament Shalva Papuashvili disapproved of his attire at the previous session.

"Papuashvili disapproved of my clothes last time. Today is Davitoba holiday and I hope he will like “Chokha”. I didn't bring the dagger, I didn't want to create any inconvenience. Let's see, if he likes this," Elisashvili said.
