In the courtyard of TSU, where students were waiting for the Prime Minister, a physical confrontation took place

A confrontation took place in the courtyard of Tbilisi State University, where students were waiting for the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze.

As Niko Managadze, one of the organizers of the student movement, says, a certain group of people met them in front of the university and physically assaulted the students.

According to his assessment, all this was arranged in order for Irakli Kobakhidze to enter the university building safely and smoothly."We decided to gather in front of the university and protest, although you can see that the "Zonders" are mobilized and come directly into physical contact. There was no adequate reaction from the police side, they just stood in the middle of us", said Niko Managadze.

For information, there are students gathered in front of the 2nd building of TSU, protesting the adopted law "On transparency of foreign influence".

Representatives of the youth wing of "Georgian Dream" are also mobilized.

Several patrol police crews are also mobilized in the area.
