Students gather at State University to meet Prime Minister with protest

Students gathered in front of the 2nd building of Tbilisi State University. They are planning to meet Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze with protest, who is supposed to hold a lecture at the university today.

Students are protesting the law adopted in the Parliament of Georgia "On transparency of foreign influence".

Several patrol police crews are mobilized on the spot.

Also, members of the Georgian Dream youth organization are standing a little away from the area.

The entrances to the university are guarded by the patrol police and the university security service.
