As the ruling party notes, it plans to initiate constitutional changes in relation to several issues, among which is the issue related to territorial integrity.

"One of the most important national tasks of our country is to restore the territorial integrity of Georgia. In the case of restoring the territorial integrity of Georgia in a peaceful way, it will be necessary to amend the Constitution of Georgia so that the system of governance and the territorial state arrangement of Georgia will be in line with the new reality. Due to the fact that the events around Georgia are developing very dynamically, we should be ready for such situation at any time. Considering the anti-state approaches of the opposition, it can be said with certainty that even in such a case, they will perform an external task and will surely oppose the constitutional changes necessary for the restoration of territorial integrity. Accordingly, "Georgian Dream" needs a constitutional majority so that, if necessary, no one can create an obstacle to the implementation of the necessary constitutional changes.

Solving the above-mentioned strategic tasks is of key importance for the long-term stable development of Georgia. However, along with this, there is another, no less important, and even more important issue, the solution of which requires obtaining a constitutional majority by "Georgian Dream". Even now, Georgia is facing the immediate threat of war, the prevention of which is the primary task of Georgia today and tomorrow. It is enough to make a small mistake, turn one foot, and we can lose the country altogether, after which not only the constitutional changes, but nothing at all will have any value. Now, when the war in the region is in its last months, the Georgian society must mobilize as much as possible so as not to lose the peace that has been maintained with great efforts until now, and to prevent the destruction and destruction of the country. Now the most important thing is to somehow preserve the country during these few months, and then nothing can stand in the way of its smooth development.

If a stay-at-home or opposition voter had won in 2020 or 2021, today Georgia would be in a worse position than Ukraine, and we would no longer have a country. In the future, we should not allow this kind of risk even at the theoretical level.

The greater the electoral support of "Georgian Dream", the smaller will be the temptation of the ill-wishers of Georgia to once again try to disrupt the country, return the agency, or the local war party, to power and open a second front in Georgia. The greater the electoral support of "Georgian Dream", the calmer November, December and the next 4 years will be. The greater the support of "Georgian Dream", the fewer barriers will be faced to the overall progress and economic development of the country.

Accordingly, the number one task of our country is to strengthen peace as much as possible during these elections, for which the vote of each voter is given special importance. However, no matter how many percent of mandates "Georgian Dream" will receive, the peace in our country will be strengthened and strengthened by that percentage.

In addition, the more votes "Georgian Dream" will receive, the faster and more effectively Georgia's relations with the United States of America and the European Union will be reset, and the more firmly Georgia's national interests will be protected in the international arena.

Accordingly, we need a man in the hat in order not to allow even the theoretical risk of losing the country and for Georgia to strengthen its positions in international politics as much as possible. Each vote given to "Georgian Dream" means a firmer guarantee of peace, stability and development for Georgia.
